This 78% hydration beer sourdough is made with 350g of white bread flour and 25g of whole wheat flour, using lager instead of water. Although the shaping was chaotic, the aroma of the dough during mixing and fermentation was delightful. Stay tuned for scoring and the final crumb reveal!
