1: Combine chia seeds, non dairy milk, and honey. 2: In another small bowl, add matcha powder, then add a couple tbsp of hot water and whisk until smooth. 3: Add matcha to chia seed concoction and stir until combined. 4: Cover and place in fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours. If it thickens too much, add a little more liquid. 5: Top with whatever you like.
