The dough is easy to make with a mix of all-purpose and bread flour, instant yeast, honey, and olive oil, then topped with garlic, rosemary, and flaky salt for added flavor. 1: In a bowl, combine yeast, honey, 3 cups warm water, salt, and both flours. Mix with a spatula or wooden spoon until no more dry spots remain. 2: In another large bowl, pour in 4 tbsp EVOO, and transfer dough into oiled bowl. Cover and let rise for 3-5 hrs at room temp, until doubled in size. 3: Using your hands, scoop/gather one side of dough, lift up, and fold it over itself. Repeat this 3 more times on the other sides. 4: Transfer dough to a 9”x13” baking pan. Cover and let rise for another 2-3 hrs or until doubled in size. 5: Preheat oven to 450F. Drizzle EVOO over the top, and dimple the dough. Sprinkle garlic slices, rosemary, and flaky salt over top. 6: Bake for 20-30 mins until top is golden brown.
