These super soft sea salt sweet potato rolls are made with a mix of bread flour, mashed sweet potato, and a touch of honey. Perfect for serving at dinner, these rolls are fluffy and lightly sweetened for a delightful bread experience. The recipe yields 18 rolls in an 11” square pan.

1: To the bowl of a stand mixer, add all dough ingredients except for butter. Using the dough hook attachment, mix until the dough comes together. Then add the butter and knead until smooth. 2: Shape the dough into a ball, place into a bowl, cover, and let rise for 1-2hr or until doubled in size. 3: Divide the dough into 18 equal sections and shape them into balls. Cover and let rest for 20 mins. 4: Doing one at a time, shape each dough ball as shown in the reel. As you’re rolling the dough out, make sure it’s no wider than 3.5” so they all fit in your 11”x11” pan. Once you roll it up into a small log, seal the end well. 5: Cover and let rise for ~30mins-1hr or until the dough is noticeably puffy. 6: Preheat the oven to 350F, brush the top with egg wash, and bake for 22-26mins or until golden brown. 7: After baking, brush the bread with some honey butter and top with flaky salt.
