1: Blend all ingredients (except chicken) until smooth. 2: Place chicken thighs in a large bowl and pour marinade over them, ensuring marinade gets into any crevices. 3: Cover and place in the fridge. Marinate for at least 3 hours for best flavor, but do not exceed 12 hours. 4: Shake off excess marinade and either grill the thighs, cook in a cast iron skillet, or bake in an oven for 25-30 minutes at 450°F until internal temperature reaches 165°F. 5: If baking, broil for a few minutes at the end to get a nice char.
