A natural color-inspired beet focaccia that's easy to make and has a minimal taste of beets. This no-knead recipe is satisfying and can be altered from the regular focaccia by using beet juice and a splash of white wine vinegar to retain the vibrant color.

1: Clean, peel, and roughly chop 4-5 medium beets. 2: Toss beets into a blender with 3 cups of water and roughly puree. 3: Juice the mixture using a cheesecloth or sieve and measure out 3 cups. 4: Heat the beet juice for 30-40 seconds in the microwave until lukewarm. 5: Replace the water in your focaccia recipe with the beet juice and add 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar.
