1: Combine all dough ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer except butter. Using the dough hook attachment, knead on medium speed until the dough comes together. Then add in the butter and knead until smooth. 2: Shape the dough into a ball, place into a bowl, cover, and let rise for 1.5-2 hours or until doubled in size. 3: Combine all filling ingredients except for the walnuts. 4: Roll the dough out to be 12”x16”. Spread the filling over dough, sprinkle some walnuts, and roll it up into a log starting from the 12” side. Divide into 9 sections and place them into a 9” square pan. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes to 1 hour or until noticeably puffy. 5: Preheat the oven to 350°F, bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are lightly golden brown. Meanwhile, combine all icing ingredients using a whisk or electric mixer.
