What you need

tsp sesame oil

cup white rice

Instructions
1: Heat wok over high heat, add in oil, and scramble the eggs. Remove and set aside. 2: Add another tablespoon of neutral oil, once heated, add shallots, garlic, and sausage. Stir fry until onions are translucent and sausage begins to brown slightly. 3: Add in rice and break up clumps. Add in both soy sauces, sesame oil, salt, pepper, and mix until rice is evenly coated. 4: Once rice is warmed, add cooked egg, peas, and scallions. 5: Stir fry for another minute and add shaoxing wine.
