What you need

lb calamari

fl oz extra-virgin olive oil

pt cherry tomato

cup fresh parsley

lb raw prawns

clove garlic clove

cup dry white wine

Instructions
1. In a large pan, heat some EVOO over medium-high heat. Then saute the garlic and cherry tomatoes for a minute until the garlic becomes fragrant. 2. Add in the prawns and cook for a few minutes until the first side turns pink. Flip them over and cook the other side for a few more minutes. Add in your calamari at this time. 3. Add the white wine and let it cook for 3-5 mins until the alcohol starts to evaporate. Add in the parsley and chili flakes. Lower the heat and let the sauce reduce for 3-5 mins. 4. Taste for seasoning. Add in salt and pepper as needed. 5. Add in the cooked lorighittas along with some starchy pasta water.View original recipe
