Instructions
1: Autolyse the bread flour and water for 2 hours. 2: Prepare the dough by mixing in sourdough starter, salt, and turmeric. 3: Allow for bulk fermentation for 8 hours. 4: Perform an overnight cold proof for 16 hours. 5: Shape the dough and bake in a Dutch oven at 500°F for 20 minutes with the lid on. 6: Continue baking at 450°F for an additional 25 minutes with the lid off.View original recipe
