What you need
cup ap flour

cup dark brown sugar

cup granulated sugar

cup chocolate chips
egg

tsp vanilla extract

tsp kosher salt
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350F. Line an 8x4 baking pan with parchment. You can use a 9x5 pan, but blondies will just be thinner and cook faster. 2: In a big microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter, then immediately whisk in both sugars for a couple of minutes. 3: Add in the egg and vanilla. Whisk to combine. 4: Add in flour and salt. Whisk until no dry spots remain. Do not over mix. 5: Fold in chocolate, then pour batter into the pan and spread evenly. Top with more chocolate and flaky salt if desired. 6: Bake for 25-30 mins. If you insert a toothpick, there should be a few crumbs on it when taken out. 7: Cool then serve!View original recipe
