Serves 1030 mins prep75 mins cook
This gluten-free sourdough bread has surprising flavor and texture, making it indistinguishable from traditional sourdough. Despite being denser, it retains the characteristic sourdough flavor and tender crumb. The recipe uses a gluten-free starter to simplify the process, focusing on hydration rather than gluten development.
