Instructions
1: Mix charcoal powder with water then combine it with the flour. Knead until smooth. Cover and let rest for at least 1 hour. 2: Cut off a small section of the dough (cover the remaining portion to prevent it from drying out) and begin rolling it. 3: Once it’s thin enough, cut off 2-3” sections. Then use a gnocchi board and bench scraper to help you form grooves as shown in the video. 4: Place the pasta onto a baking tray dusted with semola flour and let them dry.View original recipe
