tsp chili powder

cup apple cider vinegar

tbsp smoked paprika

yellow onion

pepper

tsp ground cumin

cup bbq sauce

tsp mustard powder

clove garlic

tsp liquid smoke

cup dark brown sugar

cup chicken stock

lb pork shoulder
Instructions
1: In the bowl of slow cooker, combine BBQ sauce, chicken stock, apple cider vinegar, liquid smoke, onions, and garlic. 2: Combine all the spices and rub around the pork. 3: Place pork in slow cooker, cover, and let cook for 10 hours on low. 4: Once easily shreddable, remove pork from slow cooker. 5: If there is a lot of fat in the slow cooker, ladle it out and then return pork back to pot before serving.View original recipe
