What you need

tsp honey
oz ap flour

oz bread flour
cup warm water

tbsp kosher salt

tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1: In a large bowl, combine yeast, water, honey, flour, and salt. Use a spatula to mix until no dry spots remain. 2: Pour 3 tbsp of olive oil into another large bowl, then transfer the shaggy dough into the bowl. Cover and let rise for 3 hours or until it has doubled in size and is very bubbly. 3: Perform 4 rounds of stretch and folds to deflate the dough and build strength, then transfer the dough to a 9”x13” baking pan. Cover and let rise for 1-2 hours until puffy or until it begins to fill the pan. 4: Pre-heat oven to 450°F. Drizzle dough with some olive oil and dimple the dough. 5: Top with flaky salt and any other toppings you desire. 6: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.View original recipe
