These are healthier black bean brownies that are decadent, fudgy, gluten-free, and fiber-rich. They are perfect served with ice cream for a healthy-ish dessert.

What you need

cup sugar

can black beans

tbsp cocoa powder

tsp baking powder

cup chocolate chips

tbsp unsalted butter

tsp salt

organic eggs

cup cooking oil
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350°F. 2: In a food processor or blender, blend black beans until it’s a smooth paste. 3: Combine melted butter, oil, and sugar. Add in vanilla and eggs. Whisk until sugar is mostly dissolved. 4: Add in blended black beans. Whisk until incorporated. 5: Add in cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Whisk until combined. Add in chocolate chips and mix well. 6: Line and lightly grease an 8”x8” pan. Pour batter into pan. Add more chocolate if desired. 7: Bake for 25-35 minutes.
