oz instant yeast

splash vanilla extract

oz bread flour

oz powdered sugar

tsp ginger

cup milk

egg yolk

tsp nutmeg
egg

oz granulated sugar

tsp salt

oz cream cheese

oz dark brown sugar

tsp clove

oz carrot

walnut

cup full fat milk
Instructions
1: Combine all dough ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer except butter. Using the dough hook attachment, knead on medium speed until the dough comes together. Then add in the butter and knead until smooth. 2: Shape the dough into a ball, place into a bowl, cover, and let rise for 1.5-2 hours or until doubled in size. 3: Combine all filling ingredients except for the walnuts. 4: Roll the dough out to be 12”x16”. Spread the filling over dough, sprinkle some walnuts, and roll it up into a log starting from the 12” side. Divide into 9 sections and place them into a 9” square pan. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes to 1 hour or until noticeably puffy. 5: Preheat the oven to 350°F, bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are lightly golden brown.
