tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
1: Preheat your oven to 350F. Gently grease and line a 10” loaf pan. 2: Brown your butter, then measure out 110g in a large bowl and set aside. 3: In another large bowl, combine all your dry ingredients except chocolate. 4: To your brown butter, add both sugars. Whisk to combine. Then add your egg and vanilla extract. Whisk again to combine. 5: Add the rest of your wet ingredients and combine. 6: Add half of your dry ingredients to your wet, gently combine, then add the rest of the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix. 7: Fold in the chocolate. 8: Pour the batter into the pan, gently run a knife down the top center, and top with demerara sugar (optional). 9: Bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
