Instructions
1: Lightly coat both sides of your baguette slices with olive oil and place them into a skillet. Over medium heat, toast both sides until golden brown (2-4 mins each side). Remove from skillet. 2: For the first crostini variation, place a slice of fresh mozzarella on top of the crostini. Pop it into the oven at 350°F for 5-10 mins until the cheese begins to melt. Remove it from the oven and top with jamon, basil, balsamic drizzle, and salt & pepper. 3: For the second crostini variation, top the crostini with goat cheese, sliced pear, jamon, honey, and crushed walnuts.View original recipe
