What you need

ripe banana

cup dairy free milk

tsp baking powder

tbsp apple cider vinegar

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp honey
Instructions
1: Mash banana and combine with milk, apple cider vinegar, vanilla extract, and honey (if using). 2: Add in oat flour and baking powder and combine until no more dry spots remain. 3: Let batter rest for 3-5 minutes to thicken. 4: Preheat a nonstick pan over medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray or add a little oil/butter if needed. 5: Pour some batter into the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes. 6: Once the pancake begins looking slightly puffy, flip and cook the other side for another minute. 7: Repeat until more batter remains.View original recipe
