This easy and healthy Korean spinach salad, also known as Sigeumchi Namul, takes less than 5 minutes to prepare. It's made with spinach, scallions, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, and toasted sesame seeds, making it a flavorful dish that complements any meal.

Instructions
1: Trim the ends of the spinach and wash to remove any dirt/debris. 2: Bring a pot of water to boil, blanch spinach for 15 seconds, remove and place in an ice water bath. 3: Remove spinach and squeeze out as much water as possible. 4: Chop spinach into 3 sections so it’s not as long, and place in a bowl. 5: Add in the rest of the ingredients and toss.
