What you need

clove garlic

tsp salt

tbsp water

orange juice

cup corn starch

cup sugar
cup ap flour

tbsp ginger

cup rice wine vinegar
orange zest
Instructions
1: In a saucepan, combine all ingredients (except ginger, garlic, chillies, and cornstarch) over high heat. 2: Bring to boil then reduce heat to medium and let simmer for 5 minutes. 3: Add cornstarch and water slurry to sauce and mix until thickened. 4: Turn off heat and add in garlic, ginger, and chillies. Set aside. 5: Fill a heavy bottom pot with some oil and heat to 375°F. 6: In a bowl, combine cornstarch and flour. 7: In another bowl, whisk eggs. 8: Season chicken with salt. Then toss into flour mixture, then egg, then back into flour. Repeat until all chicken is coated. 9: Fry chicken in batches for 3-5 minutes (chicken won’t get very golden) and cool on a wire rack. 10: Toss chicken in sauce.View original recipe
