oz butter

oz sugar

red food colour
egg

splash vanilla extract
oz ap flour

oz cocoa powder

oz baking powder

oz baking soda

oz salt
Instructions
1: Combine all the dry ingredients. 2: Combine all the wet ingredients. Then pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined. Add milk if the batter is too dry or add more flour if it’s too wet. 3: While the batter is resting, heat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat and lightly grease. 4: Pour some of the batter onto the hot griddle.
