What you need
fl oz warm water
oz plain greek yogurt

tbsp sugar

oz instant yeast

tbsp salt

tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1: In a bowl, combine all ingredients except olive oil. 2: Knead until dough comes together (5-8mins). 3: Add in oil, knead until smooth (another 5-8mins). If too sticky, add 0.5 tbsp of flour at a time. 4: Form dough into ball, place back into bowl. Cover and let rise for 1.5-2hrs or until double in size. 5: Punch out gas, divide into 6 sections. Form each section into a ball. Cover and let rest for 20mins. 6: In a well floured surface, take one ball and roll into a flat pancake about 7-8” in diameter. 7: Heat a non-stick skillet or cast iron over med-high heat until hot. Place onto skillet. Once it starts bubbling (about 2-3mins), flip, cook another 2-3mins, flip once more if needed, then remove from heat and lightly brush with olive oil (optional). 8: Repeat steps 6-7 with remaining dough balls.View original recipe
